Astroimprint website policy

Our Role
Astroimprint provides regional product information, localization, purchasing guidance, licensing assistance, and customer communication.
Janus Astrology Software is developed and manufactured by Astrology House, New Zealand. Where a purchase or licence is issued by Astrology House, Astrology House is the licensor and its published policies and licence agreement govern the software.

Product Information and Compatibility
We aim to present product descriptions, pricing, system requirements, and availability accurately. Customers should review current requirements before purchase. Janus is Windows software and is not compatible with macOS, Chromebook, Android, or restricted Windows configurations that only permit Microsoft Store applications.
Pricing and Payment
The English website presents Janus prices using the current official USD list prices published by Astrology House. Our Shopify checkout is currently settled in TWD, so the checkout page shows the actual transaction amount in TWD. Any USD amount shown on the English website is a reference price only unless the checkout itself displays USD. Customers should review the checkout amount before paying and should never send full payment-card details through ordinary email.
Activation Code Delivery
For Janus 6.4, Janus Light, and eligible upgrade orders, after payment is confirmed Astroimprint submits the order details to Janus / Astrology House. The Activation Code is then emailed directly by Astrology House to the email address used for the order, normally within 24 hours. It is sent separately and is not displayed or delivered automatically immediately after checkout.
Software Licence
Important official terms currently include:
- The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
- A licensee may install the software on two computers for personal use.
- One backup copy may be made.
- The software may not be copied, rented, leased, sublicensed, transferred, decompiled, disassembled, or reverse engineered except where expressly permitted.
- The licensee is responsible for suitable hardware, operating software, and backups.

Refunds and Software Problems
Astrology House states that software purchases are generally not refundable unless there is a significant software problem and a remedy has not been provided within a reasonable time.
Refunds are generally not offered for a change of mind, failure to check system requirements, later incompatibility caused by system changes, failure to install available updates, absence of a technical defect, failure to review the product description, or failure to provide a reason.
Nothing here excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy
When you contact Astroimprint, we may receive your name, email address, region, product interest, order or licence details, and enquiry content. This information should be used only to respond, provide assistance, coordinate with relevant service providers, maintain appropriate records, and comply with legal obligations.
Information should be shared only when necessary to provide the requested service, process a transaction, protect legal rights, or comply with law.
Security
Use the designated secure checkout for payment. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details by email.
Intellectual Property
Janus software, documentation, interpretation texts, trademarks, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Purchasing a licence does not transfer ownership.
Liability and Governing Terms
Software is provided subject to the warranties and limitations in the official licence agreement. The official agreement is governed by New Zealand law. Mandatory consumer laws may also apply depending on the customer, seller, and place of purchase.
